1. What’s Our Return Policy?
Easy Returns: Request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Swimwear: Can only be returned for size issues, wrong items, or quality concerns.

Condition: Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags and hygienic liners intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Items showing signs of use (e.g., makeup, perfume, animal hair), Lucky Bags, or free gifts cannot be returned.

Sets: Must be returned together in the correct sizes.

Final Sale: Items discounted 50% or more or marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Swimwear Hygiene: Swimwear with missing or torn hygiene seals cannot be returned.

Beach Accessories: Non-returnable.

Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs. Contact Support for help.

2. How Do I Initiate a Return?
If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or ill-fitting item, contact us at service.official@Janexswim.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll respond within 48 hours.

Provide Details: Include your order number and a description of the issue.

Approval: Once approved, we’ll guide you on how to return the item(s). Return shipping fees apply.

Visual Proof: For defective or incorrect items, provide clear photos or videos.

3. How Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If this isn’t possible, we’ll request a PayPal account in your name. Thank you for understanding!

4. When Will I Get My Refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive your return.

Additional Notes
Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the issue is due to product quality, lost packages, or damage.

Return Address: Contact Customer Service for the correct address. Do not use the sender’s address on your package.

Non-Janexswim Items: Ensure your return package doesn’t include items not purchased from Janexswim. We cannot return these.
